Capsule line

Private label capsule manufacturing

Your formula in a hard capsule, with the bottle made in the same plant that fills it. It is the line most brands start with, because it is the one that needs the least explaining on the shelf.

What we produce on this line

We encapsulate formulas in hard gelatin or vegetarian capsules, with weight control, fill uniformity and disintegration profile verified during production rather than after it.

The capsule is the most direct way into a category: it asks nothing new of the consumer, it carries formulas that would be hard to swallow as a powder, and it ships well. That is why it is usually the first format in a catalog, before powders or liquids.

The packaging is made here too

We manufacture most of our food grade containers directly. With no intermediaries in the packaging chain, the cost per unit comes down and lead times stop depending on a third party’s schedule.

Closing runs end to end on the same line: liner and wadding, induction sealing, labeling and final packing. Your product leaves ready for the point of sale without passing through another workshop.

And your brand can live in the material itself: we emboss your logo directly on the capsule or molded into the container.

How we work

From the first conversation to a product ready for the shelf.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your product

What you want to make, who it is for and the format you have in mind. If you already have a formula we review it; if not, we develop it with you.

  2. 02

    Technical and commercial proposal

Format, packaging, minimum order and cost per unit. That is enough to decide whether the product holds up in your market.

  3. 03

    Physical sample

Before you commit to a production run, you hold the product: presentation, taste or texture and final finish.

  4. 04

    Production

Manufactured, filled, labeled and packed in the same plant, with full batch documentation.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Your product ships ready for the shelf, with the labeling its destination market requires.

Questions about this line

Can you manufacture capsules from my own formula?

Yes. If you already have a formula we review it technically and tell you whether it can be produced as is in capsule form, or what adjustments it needs before you commit to a run.

Can the capsule be vegetarian?

Yes. We work with both hard gelatin and vegetarian capsules. Which one suits you depends on your formula and your target audience; it is decided during development.

How many capsules fit in a bottle?

The standard packer bottle holds 60 to 100 capsules of 450 mg. If your presentation calls for a different count, the electronic counter is configured for it.

Do you make the bottle as well?

Yes. We manufacture most of our food grade containers directly, and filling, sealing, labeling and packing all run on the same line.
