Syrup and liquid line
Private label syrup and liquid supplement manufacturing
Syrups, shots, tonics and functional drinks, for buyers who want an easier dose and a different consumption experience. All of it runs on the same line.
What we produce on this line
Syrups, tonics, shots and functional drinks. Taste, dose and stability are dialed in during development, which is where it is decided whether a liquid will survive the time it spends on the shelf.
A liquid forgives less than a powder: the formula has to stay in solution through its whole shelf life, and the container has to keep up with it. That is why development and material selection happen together here, not in two separate conversations.
Container, dosing and tamper evidence
Boston round bottle with a tamper-evident cap: the first time it is opened the lower ring breaks its bridges, so it is visible at a glance if anyone handled the product before your customer.
Amber or PET with a dosing cap, depending on what your formula needs: amber shields the contents from light, PET brings the unit cost down when the formula allows it. Filled, capped and labeled on the same line, with verified volume and documented batch.

How we work
From the first conversation to a product ready for the shelf.
-
01
Tell us about your product
What you want to make, who it is for and the format you have in mind. If you already have a formula we review it; if not, we develop it with you.
-
02
Technical and commercial proposal
Format, packaging, minimum order and cost per unit. That is enough to decide whether the product holds up in your market.
-
03
Physical sample
Before you commit to a production run, you hold the product: presentation, taste or texture and final finish.
-
04
Production
Manufactured, filled, labeled and packed in the same plant, with full batch documentation.
-
05
Delivery
Your product ships ready for the shelf, with the labeling its destination market requires.

Amber or PET — which one suits me?
Amber shields the contents from light and is the right call when the formula needs it; PET brings the unit cost down when the formula allows. It is settled together with development, not afterwards.
How does my customer know the bottle was not opened?
By the tamper-evident band: on first opening the lower ring breaks its bridges and it becomes visible that the product had not been opened.
Can you produce single-serve shots?
Yes. Shots, tonics and functional drinks all come off this same line; the volume and the container change, not the process.
Do you verify the fill volume?
Yes, in line, and every run ships with its batch documentation.
